Commissions can be a big motivator for staff, especially if you reward the good staff with the right commissions. Although commission is dependant on what each person can actually achieve within their job.
All commissions should reflect the KPIs in which you set, and the commission should have an upside and a down side
to ensure check and balances. For example/
If you have a QA, if they fail a sales, or partially fail a sale the commission should not be achieved, or partially achieved only.
Having this in place ensures that employees can not cheat the system.
